  10. I need to upgrade to a 28.8 modem (Macintosh) for home and am looking for
  11. advice.  I have a supraFAXmodem 288 at work and it works well and this was
  12. what I was going to buy.  I've been out of this modem group for a while
  13. and am out of touch to what is currently available.  Last time I was here,
  14. US Robotic Sportsters were problematic.  Now I see they're up to 33.6 and
  15. Supra has a new one out called SupraSonic.

  17. I need a good dependable FAX modem, I like the display on the Supra 288
  18. showing the speed but am open to suggestions.  I found a place which has
  19. US Robotics 33.6Kbps v.34+ modems at a very good price.

  21. Any recommendations on a puchase (cost is a consideration)?  Also are
  22. their any major flaws in the current batch of modems (thinking back to the
  23. first batch of 28.8 Sportsters)?
